Hotels are much more than a place to stay - it’s a place where memories are made. Knowing what motivates guests is valuable in terms of getting hotel design right. Great design works alongside great service to offer an experience that guests will be passionate about and remain loyal to.
My passion lies in hotel and hospitality design, as well as brand strategy. This expertise extends to pre-development feasibility analysis, understanding global trends and operator brand opportunities, and working with clients to generate commercially astute assets.
Travel offers an unfiltered view into the adaptability of people to their environment. Creating surroundings that encourage opportunities for communal interactions is vitally important. We use this to set out the framework for urban design that accommodates growing populations.
We play a pivotal role in the creation of thriving social environments. As a species, we are exponentially increasing our reliance on technology and social media for our collective engagements, yet we are aware of how individual footprints can play a huge role in the health and wellness of our communities and planet.
