Being Fisher Funds first office outside of Auckland, the team ensured all aspects of the project ran smoothly. Attention to detail, quality, exceptional communication, and budget tracking was demonstrated at a high level throughout the project.
Specialist investment managers, Fisher Funds, have expanded their offices outside the Auckland region.The space includes an office for six employees, two acoustically insulated meeting pods, a high-end waiting area for clients, and a fully functioning kitchenette for clients and employees.
Bespoke detailing is evident throughout the office. Hand cast concrete bench tops, kitchen joinery,and timber screening have been sourced and made locally.
Glazed screening and signage allow the street front tenancy to provide privacy while also filtering ample natural daylight into the space.
