The Waiheke Marina at Kennedy  Point provides managed berthage for 180 boats, offering enhanced coastal  access for locals and visitors. Located at the mouth of Pūtiki Bay, the  marina features a central facilities building that serves as a hub for  gathering, accessing amenities, and enjoying panoramic views of the  surrounding coastline.

Designed in collaboration with  local iwi, the project blends cultural heritage with modern architecture.  Envisioned for long-term operation, the client aims to activate the marina  hub, bringing the local community and visitors to Waiheke Island to engage in  water-based leisure activities. The marina is a sustainable addition to the  island, supporting both recreational needs and community connection.
