Drawing on Parnell’s industrial heritage, the Cheshire Street Apartment Lofts bring a new style of living to Parnell. With views overlooking the Auckland Domain, the residential development comprises 63 apartments spread over eight levels. The design incorporates brick, concrete, and black steel windows to reference the warehouses and factories that historically populated the area.

The material palette celebrates the use of brick, creating a timelessness and enduring aesthetic that speaks to its surroundings.
Providing a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments spread over eight levels, almost every apartment features a balcony or roof-top amenities.
A courtyard space is situated on the northwest corner of the site and offers residents an area to relax, socialise, and enjoy the fresh air.
Below the apartments are three levels of basement parking. The ground floor corner will include a commercial unit for residents and visitors to enjoy.
